COVID 19 SHIPPING UPDATE

IMPORTANT NOTE: Currently we are shipping across India, except for containment zones. The orders might take a little more days to reach you than usual NORMAL SHIPPING timelines because of random checks on the contents of the parcels being sent out. Rest assured, we are following all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the package being packed at our end and shipped at our courier partners end. Please follow the mandatory rules mentioned by WHO in handling the incoming parcels with utmost care. You are important for us and so to your family. Also, please keep the order regularly tracked for uninterrupted delivery service.

NORMAL SHIPPING

Our usual shipment days are MONDAY only. It takes 3 to 5 working days max to reach you from shipping. Please calculate National/Local Holidays and Weekends as holidays.

Please be aware that the contract we have with the courier company entitles delivery to be tried to the receiver location 2 to 3 times in case of any delivery issues.  This has been enabled to benefit our customers to receive the parcel at any cost. But beyond the specified limit of trying to deliver the parcel at the mentioned address by the customer, the parcel shall be retained at the courier company for pickup by the customer themselves. Again, retainment of the parcel at the courier office after multiple unsuccessful deliveries depends on the location and the courier service. The customer is requested to provide an address where someone would be available to collect the parcel during courier service normal working hours to avoid delivery failures. On account of failure, they may reach out to us on email on the below mentioned id for the address of the courier office to collect the same.

For International Couriers transit timeline may wary from 5 to 12 working days on normal circumstances. Though we have all shipping costs for almost 60+ countries updated on the website, there are certain remote locations which could be charged extra owing to remote location charges and might be levied on customer before shipping out the parcels. All shipping costs are weight dependent and you will be able to see the shipping charges by adding items to your cart, selecting your country and performing a checkout
