  • Do you have a WhatsApp broadcast group?

    Yes we do have a broadcast group for people who are inactive on social media. Please feel free to what’s app us to get the link of the group. But this group would be a spam if you are an active person on Instagram/Facebook.

  • What is the jewellery made of?

    All of the products are made with base of alloy/brass/copper/iron coated with matt/imitation golden colour. None of the jewellery sold on the website are one gram gold or real silver or real gold jewellery.

  • How to take care of the Jewellery?

  • Is there any guarantee/warranty for products?

    No. There is no explicit guarantee/ warranty. But we promise to deliver premium quality jewellery to you.

  • What if a product I want to buy is Sold Out?

    That’s a very common thing that can happen to one and can be quite frustrating. But please do not worry, there is a Whatsapp button available below every product that’s sold out. You can either email/what’s app us on the list of items you would like to pre-order.

  • Will the products be checked for damage before dispatch?

    Every product is checked for damage and is repacked before shipping. It is also packed with a lot of love from local workers an artisans.

  • What will be the Size of the product?

    The approx. size in terms of dimensions and weight are mentioned in the description of the post.

  • Will the product delivered match the image shown in the website?

    We ensure to take pictures on natural lighting so the customers receive products as they see on the image. Rest assured, you can be sure of it. Also, do refer to our FEEDBACK section on the homepage to know what our customers feel about the products received.

  • How can I return my order?

    Please refer to our Refunds and Returns policy

  • Can I speak to someone about a problem on the website?

  • Do you have a physical outlet?

    No, we do not have a physical shop yet. But you can feel free to drop at our home at Mumbai with pre-booked appointments. Please what’s app/mail us to book your appointments. You can find the details in our Contact Us Page

  • How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

    You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.

  • Do I need to create an account to buy products?

    It’s not mandated for you to create an account. You can use the website and shop as a guest. But an account will help you manage addresses, card details securely, your past orders, etc.

  • How do I track my order?

    If you have an account created with us, the order details are available on the My Account page. The tracking details are sent to the mail. If you have placed an order as a guest, the tracking details will be available on your given mail ID.

  • Do you undertake bulk orders?

    Yes we do accept bulk orders for all occasions. Please refer to our Bulk Orders FAQ

Payments

  • What are the available payment options?

    We support Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, NEFT, IMPS, Paytm and other wallets, UPI via BHIM UPI , Google Pay, PhonePe etc, We also have plans to allow EMI and Pay Later services very soon.

  • Can I transfer funds through NEFT/IMPS and will you undertake such orders through WhatsApp?

    Yes, if you are a person who is unaware of Net banking, Card based payments, Google Pay, we can definitely undertake such orders over what’s app and help you with NEFT/IMPS details.

  • What is the ‘Save the Card’ option on the payment page?

    This feature allows you to enter your financial details and save it for future use, which will make your checkout quicker. Your information is kept safely on our secured payment gateway and you will still be asked for verification to complete future transactions.

Shipping

  • What should I do if I have not received my order within the promised delivery timelines?

    Please whatsapp/Email us your order ID with details stating your concern from the registered e-mail ID/phone number.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

    Any order, the processing time takes 3 to 5 days. From the day of shipping domestic orders within India will take 3 to 5 days for delivery. The tracking details will be on your mail and can be used to track the parcel. For International orders, depending on the country location, the order will take 3 to 9 days maximum.

  • Do you take up 1 day delivery?

    We do take up 1 day delivery which is called as PRIME TIME SHIPPING/PREMIUM PLUS SHIPPING. These services are available at reasonable extra costs. This is subject to availability of the product and the order has to be placed between 9 A.M to 12 P.M for next day delivery.

  • Do you ship overseas?

    Yes we do ship overseas regularly across major countries. You can check the availability of shipment to your country in the shipping calculator section of the checkout page. For other FAQ’s on International shipments, please refer to our International Customers Page

  • Do you ship all over India?

    We ship to all cities in India through trusted courier partners. If courier service is unavailable we will ensure to check the pincode for service and ship it through Speed Post.
